Private Instruction with Mary Ellen Carroll

Crystal Bowl Healing Workshop with Laura Hackel

Sit back and relax as Laura lets the wisdom of the ages guide her to playing the crystal bowls in a way that releases our current patterns of running our life but no longer serve us. The crystal bowls will gently work their magic on you and help you to invite into your life a pattern that you have always wanted. Whether your concern is relationships or abundance, these crystal bowls will open you up to a whole new way of being in the world. Individuals have reported tremendous releases and return of hope and lightness after a crystal bowl session. Laura plays seven different crystal bowls that are attuned to align with each of your seven chakras. You will be able to tell when you have energetic blocks because you will feel the vibration working in your body to release the stuck energy.

Why might you be interested in this?
Because what happens for all of us is that as soon as we come into this world, we start storing emotions and beliefs in our bodies. We often go back to the same place to store a certain kind of emotion. For example, feeling like you don't deserve something might get stored in your lower back. Then you might get a chance to experience something great but your back goes out because you have stored the belief that you don't deserve to have X. The crystal bowls and your intentions in this workshop will lighten your energetic load and leave you free to store beliefs that will better support you for the life you want to live now.

Laura is a former corporate executive turned shaman, energetic healer and ceramic artist. She uses her keen intuition to guide her in healing individuals, groups and spaces.
Bring: A yoga mat and maybe a pillow if you'd like to lay down. (I know I do.)

Yoga for the Seasons with Sheri Breen

We can use our yoga practice to help us transition between seasons. Every season has different qualities or energies. Spring is a time of rebirth and coming out of hibernation. It’s an ideal time for a strong physical practice to detox ourselves and shed any layers (physical, mental or emotional) that we no longer need. As summer arrives and it gets hot, physically we meet this with a more grounding and cooling practice. Sheri will lead you through spring/summer practice, incorporating asana, meditation and pranayama that best support you in each season. These practices are influenced by Ayurveda and working with subtle energetic awareness within our physical bodies.

Meditation for Relaxation with Sheri Breen

Meditation for Relaxation Many forms of meditation can be used to help promote a quieting of the nervous system and allow the body/mind to experience a deep relaxation. This hour of guided meditation will invite you shed what no longer serves you so that your inner self can just be. Each session will incorporate based on iRest (integrative restoration) and other types of meditation.

All levels are very welcome. No experience with yoga or meditation is needed. Just a desire to relax! Feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillows or anything else to make yourself comfortable.
