HOT YOGA - A vigorous series of postures that challenges the whole body, balancing strength, flexibility and healing.

VINYASA - A flow style yoga series, incorporating breath with movement. This class moves faster with poses from our hot yoga series for a more cardiovascular class.

BIKRAM YOGA - Features 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. Stretching and strengthening every muscle.

POWER VINYASA - A challenging and flowing form of yoga that heals, energizes and soothes the body and mind.

KRIPALU YOGA is a conscious practice of physical yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques for integrating body, mind and spirit. Not a hot yoga style.

YIN YOGA is a challenging form of yoga, floor postures are held for a longer period of time working connective tissues. A great way to balance your yoga practice!

Classes are 90 minutes unless noted • Come to class with an empty stomach • Bring a large water, large towel and yoga mat • Dress to sweat • New students arrive 10 minutes early. Towels and mats available for rent - water and mats for sale. We do recommend you purchase your own yoga mat for your own personal hygiene.

First Class: $15
(free with purchase of multi-class card on first visit) • Drop In: $15 • 5 Class Card - (Expires in 1 month) $65 • 10 Class Card - (Expires in 2 months) $110 • 20 Class Card - (Expires in 4 months) $215 • 30 Class Card - (Expires in 6 months) $325 (can be used as family card) • 1 Month Unlimited $130 • 3 Month Unlimited $340 • 6 Month Unlimited $650 • 1 Year Unlimited $1000

IMPORTANT:
All classes must be paid for prior to participation.
Please choose your membership carefully! All memberships have expiration dates. They can not be extended for vacation, travel, work or other personal events. To be considered for an extension due to medical reasons, please submit a letter with a doctor's note. Requests must be submitted before the expiration date of your membership.

Studio open 30 minutes before and after each class.
Changing rooms available - sorry, no showers at our studio.

YOGA ETIQUETTE
Yoga is so much more than the poses that we do. It is a process of understanding and respecting yourself and those around us. We ask that you please be thoughtful and considerate by following these simple rules in the yoga room:
No cell phones • No gum • No shoes
When entering or exiting the room during class, please do so between postures.
